Power and install
Plug-in, 120 V. Plugs into a standard 120 V household outlet. Use a wall outlet on its own circuit, not an extension cord. Exact amperage is confirmed in your quote.

We arrange installation through licensed local installers. You hire and pay the installer directly; we coordinate the site check, scheduling and a photo sign-off for a flat coordination fee (quoted with your reservation). Available in select areas, quoted with your reservation.

Safety
Use a sauna safely. Talk to your doctor first if you have a heart or blood-pressure condition, a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator, are pregnant or trying to conceive, or take medication that affects blood pressure. Never use a sauna after drinking alcohol. Drink water, start with short sessions, cool down slowly, and get out if you feel dizzy or unwell. Children never alone in a sauna. Cedar can irritate people who are sensitive to it.

How is it different from the Compact?
Both seat one and plug into a standard outlet. The Cedar Small has a cedar interior; the Compact is our closet-size cabin in hemlock.
Do I need an electrician?

How hot does it get?
